Trademark Policy

This Policy covers general rules for referring to Easysell and using its trademarks, service marks, and logos (collectively, “Easysell Marks”).

Trademark guidelines for several easysell Marks are linked below.Easysell reserves the right to change the terms of this Policy or any guidelines at any time, in its sole discretion, by posting the updated Policy or guidelines to the Easysell website. General Rule: Permission Required

As a rule, a trademark license is required in order to use easysell Marks. Except for the three exceptions outlined below, this Policy does not count as “permission to use” any trademarks, and there are no “easysell source” pre-approved use cases. To request permission to use any easysell Mark, please email info@easysell.in

Exceptions

Without a separate trademark license:

You may use easysell Marks in text for the sole purpose of referring to or describing easysell’s website, products, and services. For example: if you have a product or service that is compatible with the easysell platform, you may use “easysell” to describe the compatibility, such as “runs on,” “for use on,” or “compatible with” the easysell platform.

If you use the easysell platform, you should add the “Powered by easysell” logo in the footer of each page of your website, and the logo should include a live link to the easysell website. easysell logo page for variants of this logo and instructions on how to add it to your instance.

If you offer services and/or products that support the easysell platform, you may use the “easysell” word mark in the path of a URL for your website for such services and/or products. For clarity, this exception applies solely to (1) the “easysell” word mark and not to any other Marks and (2) use in the path of a URL; you may not use the “easysell” word mark or any other Mark in a website domain.

Specifications for Use

All uses of easysell Marks must comply with the applicable trademark guidelines

Include a trademark attribution statement.

If an easysell Mark appears on your website, document, or other material, add the following attribution statement that identifies easysell as the trademark owner:

The statement must be in a legible font and size at the bottom of your website or the end of your advertisement or publication. If you are using only one or two easysell Marks, you may shorten the statement to list only those Marks in use. Additionally, any use of the easysell or easysell logos on a website must include a live link to the easysell or easysell websites.Additionally, any use of the easysell logo on a website must include a live link to the easysell website and any use of the easysell logo must include a live link to the easysell website.

Use easysell Marks only as adjectives.

Trademarks are adjectives, and an easysell Mark should be used only to describe the easysell website, products, or services to which the trademark applies.

Use easysell Marks less prominently than your own.

Except where otherwise expressly permitted by easysell, any use of an easysell Mark must appear less prominent than your own product or service name.

Do NOT change the spelling or appearance of any easysell Marks.

Do not abbreviate, hyphenate, create acronyms; change the spelling, capitalization, or appearance; add or delete any words or spacing; change any color or proportion; or otherwise modify the logo or design of an easysell Mark in any way. Only use an approved logo rendition as provided by easysell.

Do NOT use or register a domain name with any easysell Marks.

Your domain names may not include any easysell Marks or other words that are confusingly similar to an easysell Mark.

Do NOT use any easysell Marks as your own

You may not use, incorporate, combine, or register in whole or in part any easysell Mark – or any word or design that is confusingly similar to an easysell Mark – as part of (or with) your own company names, trade names, trademarks, service marks, or logos; your product or service brand names or titles for sales reps or other staff; your internet keywords or metatags; or your trigger words to lead to a website or other Internet destination, product, business, or service.

Do NOT imply any easysell endorsement or sponsorship.

Without the express prior written consent of easysell, you may not use any easysell Marks to imply an affiliation with easysell or any approval, sponsorship, or endorsement by easysell of your company, website, products, or services.

Do NOT use easysell Marks in any way that damages easysell.

You may not use easysell Marks in a manner that disparages easysell, its products or services, or the easysell community or damages easysell’s brand integrity, including use of any easysell Marks in a manner that is offensive, defamatory, illegal, or unethical.

The above specifications are not a comprehensive list of approved or unauthorized uses of easysell Marks. If easysell determines at any time, in its sole discretion, that your use of any easysell Mark violates this Policy, anytrademark guidelines or is otherwise unacceptable or detrimental, easysell may revoke permission, and you must immediately cease all use of the easysell Mark.

Training support will be provided to help you with how to sell online, i.e. how to run an account on Amazon

Step 3

Imaging & Cataloging

For your initial launch, support will be arranged for the photoshoot of your products and detailed cataloging

Step 4

Launch Business

Once your account is launched, you products will be available for sale on Amazon.in Your products will also be visible on the dedicated Amazon Karigar store

Who can apply

You can apply to be a part of Amazon Karigar if you meet any of the following criteria:

  • Individual Artisan/Weaver Aggregator/NGOs Cooperatives/Government Emporiums who wish to start selling hand crafted, hand made products on Amazon
  • A Govt body/NGO/Not for Profit organization working to enable artisans

Registration Process

Please make sure you meet one of the following criteria

  • A woman enterpreneur already registered as a seller on Amazon.
  • A woman enterpreneur affiliated with our partners looking to sell on Amazon.
  • A Govt body/NGO/Not for Profit organization supporting women empowerment.

Step 1

Application

Fill the form in the "Apply Now Button" by selecting the application option.

Step 2

Training and Registration

We will evaluate your application. On successful evalution, we will start the registration and training process.

Step 3

Imaging & Cataloging

We will use prefessionals to take HD images of your products meeting the Amazon imaging requirements.

Step 4

Account Set-up

We will help you set-up your account to start your selling journey.
